adidas slvr high top buckle 4 570x379 adidas SLVR High Top Buckle

The lowtop Buckle Run fell short of providing the masses with a new way of looking at lifestyle sneaker enclosures, but might a similar style be more effective on a taller silhouette?  We’ve seen upscale brands like Maison Martin Margiela excel with strappy fashion-forward hightops, so maybe one day soon, you’ll see a big name celebrity rocking the adidas SLVR High Top Buckle.  This laceless hightop features two buckles to hold you into a low-key blocking template that runs the spectrum from white to dark blue through a pale greyish shade.  As such, they’re versatile enough to wear with any denim (though black should be chosen carefully), and you’ll find them available at select retailers like Kith.

Not even Lil' wayne could save these shoes...

This is a joke. These came out in January. And all Kith did was go to the Adidas SLVR store and buy the remaining stock for $140 a pop, because they're definitely having an end of season sale.

The straps remind me of a straight jacket and mental illness. This would offend mental patients everywhere and should be taken off the marketplace. It doesn't matter to me that buckle straps have also been used for backpacks, bags, toys, and other non mental illness related things. All I see is Adidas mocking the mentally ill and everyone should see that too.

I feel like you would see these in a futuristic type movie. Ahead of their time.

Really? because they already had a previous colorways and if it offends you that bad, just don't get em. simple as that so others that like em can get it.
