When we previewed trio of triangular-patterned Kenshin Chukkas yesterday here on Sneaker News, the presence of a more tightly woven ankle collar than appeared on the initial catalog images suggested that was perhaps a unique feature of the Textile edition. But now seeing the Nike Kenshin Chukka Leather and all of its details that match up with those first shots, it’s clear that indeed the ankle has been revised to more of an elastic closed weave as opposed to the see-through basket look. This works great on a black leather pair whose Swoosh is perforated into the side panels, and you can see more images after the jump below in advance of the July release date. via Limited Edt
