Air Jordan XI Low – OG “Championship Parade” PE

Air Jordan XI Low – OG “Championship Parade” PE

Air Jordan Xi Low Concord Championship

The low-top Air Jordan XI returned in 2012 after over a decade of absence, manifesting itself this past May in a summer-special White/Red colorway. The XI Low first popped up in 2001 in a plethora of great colorways (we actually featured them this past Monday), but did you know that the Air Jordan XI Low existed back in 1996? Low-top Air Jordans aren’t exactly new to the game – in fact, the Air Jordan Low dates back to the original Air Jordan 1 – and Michael himself has shown a penchant for the lower-cut basketball sneaker, but Nike created this special edition pair just for MJ, which he wore during the Championship celebration festivities in the Summer of 1996 after defeating the Seattle Sonics and destroying the regular season with a 72-10 record. This PE is likely one of the rarest around, and the seller himself recounts the route the shoes took from MJ’s feet to his own hands and even notes the custom-made box for the shoes, so check out the gallery of this rare piece below and visit  the full listing from sacdeals on eBay.
