Ironic isn’t it, that a sneaker whose name points to an isolated period in time has managed to remain so timeless and consistent throughout the years? The model is the Vans Era, the ubiquitous slimmed down skate silhouette that shows no signs of slowing down entering its 38th year of existence. Of course it hasn’t stayed completely the same for all this time, coming in plenty of variations as shown here from leopard print to camo to hawaiin shirt.
