Since the series burst back onto the scene in 2009, we’ve seen Nike Running release its Air Max+ flagship line in an all-Volt colorway every other year. So with 2011’s mostly neon styles having only been available through a custom NIKEiD design, the pattern holds true as the Nike Air Max+ 2012 comes through with a look that could stop traffic. The use of black and white accents on these reflects those polar opposites’ gravitational force this year and show us that while the monochromatic look may have peaked sometime after 2010’s ‘Air Attack Pack’, simple palettes are still among the hottest items on the shelves at retailers like Finish Line.
