The Air Jordan IV ‘UNDFTD’ was already one of the rarest and most sought after Air Jordan releases of all time regardless of any crazy alternate versions. Then things started getting really interesting, Gentry Humphrey recently reminded us of this unreleased sample that pours in a bit more black, a grail now being trumped by the likes of the pair pictured above. Along with the extra black on the midsole sectioning this version of the UNDFTD x Air Jordan IV features a vaguely grid patterned ballistic material coating the upper, pushing home the whole military theme. The owner puts them as a one of one, with no other samples created ever coming with this particular material selection. Click through for the shots of the UNDFTD x Air Jordan IV ‘Ballistic’ sample and check out the asking price from depeche23mode on eBay.
