The push for Engineered Mesh continues from the Air Max 1 to the Air Max 97, as we get a preview of this Spring 2013 release in the original ‘Silver Bullet’ colorway. As you can see, the Mesh is distinct from that seen on the Air Max 1; the AM1 EM featured a combination of jersey-mesh and diamond-mesh, but the 97 uses a unique knit-like material on the lower-most ‘track’ of the upper (remember, the Air Max 97 was designed with a running track in mind!). More of the Nike Air Max 97 Engineered Mesh below, so take a look and we’ll keep you up to date with more NSW EM releases for Spring 2013. Photos: TSG
