The time when Nike got more stimulating with their ads was when it presented Bo Jackson to the sports apparel marketing scene. Bo, the multi-sport superstar and face of Nike’s cross-training push, was one of the few athletes in the world that legitimately got us off our couches and onto exercise mats and running tracks, and it was his motivation that got the public engaged in several physical activities. We recently stumbled upon this vintage gem – an in-store display for the original Air Trainer SC that features the ‘Don’t I Know You?’ slogan and four motorized Bo Jackson figurines; there’s Bo the baseball player, Bo the runningback, Bo the weightlifter, and Bo the…surfer (it’s quite alright – Bo Knows how to surf). With the Air Trainer SC in the original ‘Auburn’ colorway set for yet another re-release, it’s worth a few minutes to check out how awesome this thing really is, so take a look below and grab this sick vintage piece from bumbaclot128 on eBay.
