Nike Zoom Rookie “Game Royal” – Arriving at Retailers

It took longer than expected, but Nike Air Penny fans will finally receive a Royal Blue colorway of the Nike Zoom Rookie! Remember, the initially buzz-growing colorway was the infamous ‘Glow In The Dark’ edition, which was followed by the in-line ‘Binary Blue’, but since those two served as the debut, we haven’t seen anything ‘Royal’ in terms of Zoom Rookie colorways since. Penny’s 1-of-1 ‘Memphis Blues’ was the lone exception, but thankfully that ’1-of-1′ designation slowly unraveled into a wide releases, going down this weekend. I'm really diggin this colorway.
I agree, the $200 price tag is steep. I think right now Nike is trying to give its consumers a lot of different options right now, what with all the olympic footwear releases and fall releases as well.
