Bolt is untouchable on flat ground over relatively short distances, but similar praise could have been offered for triple crown-winning Chinese hurdler Liu ‘Fly Man’ Xiang at a point earlier this decade. Xiang was unable to defend his 110m gold in Beijing four years ago because of injury, but Nike hasn’t forgotten that about one of China’s greatest athletes is on the hunt to reclaim his crown. The Liu Xiang x Nike LunarGlide+ 4 suggests LX might have something extra left as he approaches another Olympic competition endangered by injury, the familiar China-red hits drawing your eye toward gold just like Liu.
