Fans of its immortal styling were disappointed that Nike Sportswear opted to release only Hyperfuse updates and not the red and blue OG Air Max 1 colorways in commemoration of this Tinker Hatfield classic’s 25th anniversary, but maybe NSW just needed some extra time to let these upcoming drops age. The Nike Air Max 1 VNTG is set to debut next spring with a pre-yellowed midsole denoting its age of origin, along with the familiar grey, red and white mix that made its name a quarter-century ago.
