Just yesterday Sneaker News filled you in on a new upcoming colorway of the Air Jordan IX dubbed the ‘Crawfish’ – yet another humorous throwback to one of Michael’s alter egos during his first retirement in late 1993. The ‘Crawfish’ embroidered on the inner face of the tongue refers to one of the semi-professional teams that ‘Michael’ played for, but here we have yet another enticing detail on the tongue label, which reads another name along the lines of ‘Bentley Ellis’, perhaps one of the many pseudonyms Michael employed during this under-the-radar basketball comeback. The ‘Crawfish’ also has the number ’23′ stitched on the heel, which was in fact the jersey number used by ‘Ellis’ on the Crawfish team. This is a Miami Heat colorway. Definitely going with my Alonzo Mourning/Wade/LeBron jersey BORN AND RAISED IN THE 305, so think before you try and call me a bandwagon fan
The yellow sole looks kinda off. Would look better white. Very loud colors, don't know if I could pull those off without looking like a firetruck
