Air Jordan V “Elephant”

In the wee hours of the morning Sneaker News gave you a look at a visual rendering of an upcoming Air Jordan V release thought to be this year’s Air Jordan Doernbecher. While the Air Jordan V was thought to be the likely to be the model of choice for the November release of the Doernbecher Freestyle IX, it’s been noted by theclosetcollector, who posted the Air Jordan V rendering and info, that the upcoming 2012 Doernbecher release looks to instead be the Air Jordan IX. Putting our attention back on this particular Air Jordan V, this tonal elephant print version is slated to be a Retro release for the second half of 2013 and features rampant use of the Air Jordan III-specific material on the upper, and in a rather creative move, on the outsole of the shoe. Light blue hints on the upper has also been noted on this 2013 Retro release. In any case, we’ll keep you updated on any developments regarding this Air Jordan V ‘Elephant Print’ as well as the potential Air Jordan IX Doernbecher release.

You know what I think they should do? Switch the upper to that blue color with elephant print details and it would be much better. The image I have in my mind of it is just incredible. Hopefully they change this.
Doernbacher or JB design...whatever. These are ugly. Sorry kids. Waaaaay too much elephant print for one shoe. Tone it down! My son has the all grey elephant 3's. They only look cool cus they are lil kids shoes.

When it was a potential "Doernbacher" people were like "Couldn't the JB designers tell the kid the elephant print is too much?". I wonder what those people have to say now that we know JB designers did this themselves? lol
@Nick_II_Quick You really think the kid is designing this. They are actually not they suggest stuff to the kid and all in all they have the decision to whether go with their design or what the kid suggested. Like the 4's were fucken rubbish. Anyway I'm not hating but it's the truth JB are just too drunk on money thinking that everyone will buy everything the produce but everyone is buying everything no matter how ugly they are like the Db 4's SMH everyone is too blind by the branding it's not even funny anymore.
