“Black/Red” Air Jordan IV

Earlier this year, Jordan Brand released the Air Jordan IV ‘Cavs’ as a simple tribute to Michael’s picturesque ‘Shot’ over Craig Ehlo during the ’89 Playoffs. Those few seconds he floated in mid-air serve as one of the most iconic photographs in NBA and sports history (much like the free-throw line dunk that Matt Lauer attempted), so perhaps the upcoming ‘Bred’ Air Jordan IV could also be considered as the Air Jordan IV ‘The Shot’. However the name of this Retro Jordan evolves doesn’t take away from the rock-solid beauty of this shoe, so even those who have the 2008 CDP or even the ’99 Nike Air gems will likely make extra room in their closets for these. alot of complaints about the lint in these and the cavs are legitimate though. That suede looks awkward in comparison to the og's and cdp's. Its just going to be an excuse for nike to release an "improved" version of the model after this batch sells out. That said i can deal with the lint but ill be damned if the midsole starts to crack like the crappy CDP's. I still wore the hell out the CDP IV's though but i wasn't happy about the cracking. The best thing about some OG IV's is they would be beat and i'd still wear them and feel comfortable because the still looked good.
bred 4s...i mite jus consider these jus to expand the closet uh lil but they aren really that important to me
cavs 4's and these will be the only 2012 jays ill cop this year. unless columbias drop...

@23kicksfor23chicks if you seen OG pairs and know about materials used for making shoes and build of shoes its really easy .
@23kicksfor23chicks you have to know what good quality looks like to be able to tell, but a lot of people on these websites just say it to sound knowledgeable.
@CheckMyDope Maybe I'm just slow, but to me these look just like the CDP's with a better material if anything. The nubuck looks like they put more quality into it if you ask me. Most of the early reviews say so too....oh well.

@jstforkicks22 Most likely because if u look at the two dates on the last pic they are too close together. Usually they are separaratrd by a few months. Regardless I'm freakin coppin these because I want ai badly

Man these are beautiful. Man the advantage of being in a small town in MS is that shoes like these are not as difficult a cop as it is for you all in the big cities. WTBS these are Bred 4s so I am hoping I can cop these. These will complete my quintet of 4s this year!

I really want these since my 99s are crumbling..
My goals for the summer and fall have been the Olympic 6s and 7s, and bred 4s and 11s (maybe olive 9s). And since the Bred 11s are going to be extremely tough to get i'm hopin i can get ahold of the 4s.
