At the young age of 23, Derrick Rose signed the second-most lucrative sneaker contrast in history, essentially teaming up with adidas for the rest of his career. But how did Rose and adidas arrive at this history-making point? The adidas-and-D-Rose connection began in Memphis, a team outfitted by adidas, and spilled over into the NBA when Rose was the top pick. A quick rise to stardom and an MVP award cemented his role as one of the few elite athletes in the NBA that had a signature sneaker to call his own, but prior to his collegiate years, Rose was, in fact, rocking Kobes, LeBrons, and Air Jordans. I think he's going to come back and go harder in 2013. He's got a lot to prove.
@Jerronimo I doubt that. he'll be good no doubt but maybe change his game to being a true pint guard with a lot of assist and outside shooting. Torn ACl means less movement. it happened to my friend so he doesn't competitive anymore. Maybe there's a chance he'll be the same slasher he was because of the technology NBA uses. But sorry to say I doubt that happening. Don;t get me wrong i love rose he's a beast inside.
I agree with you guys, hope DRose comes back @ 100% and doesnt change his game or play apprehensive because of the injury. The power, & speed @ which he attacks the rim is like nothing ive seen in an nba guard of his size. AI is close but he didnt have the power.
Sometimes I forget how young D Rose is seeing him wear LeBron's sneakers in high school reminded me. Hope he makes a speedy healthy recovery.
I loved hoopin in those lbj3 & lbj4 too... fire red 5s are hot tho. Yr of da 5s in 2013..... but hope d rose is healthy & gets back to dat explosive speed to da hoop. Favorite pg in da league after cp3

@DeVille usually just a bad way coming up on someones foot or coming down on someones foot, his was just a bizarre accident
