Witch hunt? The agency had tests from '09 and '10 consistent with blood doping. Are u telling me a little doping is ok? He never ignored the USADA. When his appeals ran dry he caved and admitted he cheated. The man is immoral and his Livestrong efforts are built on lies. Title stripping and a lifetime ban are punishments befitting the crime. But the LunarGlides are comfy.
