Nike North Star – Unreleased Sample

Low-cut, Flywire stability, sturdy heel-counter, carbon fiber mid-foot plate, wide-forefoot outrigger – seems like the formula for a Zoom Kobe model. However, while this sample may share some similar anatomy as the Nike Zoom Kobe VII, it has no true resemblance to the Kobe lineage and proves that similar parts can indeed have a different sum. This 2012 sample is actually noted as the ‘Nike North Star’ and features a unique Hyperfuse toe-box on top of all the Kobe-like details – could this actually be a Kobe VIII prototype? More of this unique Nike Basketball model below, so check out the gallery and peep the full listing from dballaholic on eBay.

Yeah the Toebox looks like some tennis shit to but the whole heel is the Kobe VI and VII I dont get Nike sometimes but yeah whatever
The wide forefoot leads me to believe that it was designed for tennis. Decent concept though.
SMH Fellas am I wrong or should this be The new Kobe VIII???? Instead of that soccer cleat bullshit they're creating? SMH
