The associations between Rajon Rondo and the Nike Basketball Hyperfuse series are as strong as Rorschach and ink blots, but just like pretty much every guy in the NBA right now, Rondo grew up idolizing Michael Jordan. One of the players who helped to promote NBA2K11 by reliving some of MJ’s greatest moments continued to reimagine history over in the Philippines, where Rondo rocked the ‘Olympic’ Air Jordan VII Retro (and matching Dream Team ’92 shorts) during a stop on the Red Bull King of Rock Tour. Now that Ray Allen has departed Beantown, might pro basketball’s richest legacy need a new Jumpman on board? Stick with Sneaker News to see what Rondo and the rest of the NBA and NCAA’s elite talents rock this season and check out Rajon sporting a different kind of ‘9’ after the jump below.
Yeah mine didn't take long at all to crease and i dont even ball in them... You can see these creasing like dogsballs... On Rondo's.. Oh and where are all those fags who get anal when you match NIKE socks w/ Jordan Retros...haha..
I agree no more mash ups by jordan but they need some need athletes to endorse their brand because they gotta bunch of old guys over there on they way out of the league
as much as i want to hate rondo his game is so raw i dont have a choice but to respect his G. I dont think jordan brand should pick up any new people until they get they sh*t together with the new stuff they release including signature shoes. They need to go back to the drawing board and start with a clean slate with all the best design heads @ nike and develope or evolve some new tech for the jordan line. & STOP WITH THE MASH-UP SHOES ie. NO MORE FUSIONS, SON OF MARS, etc
the day after that, Rajon Rondo rocked the Air Jordan 1 Las Vegas. check out the photo of him rockin the Vegas 1 here: http://ph.nba.com/news-article/378/rondo-helps-restore-basketball-courts-wants-to-return
I really need a pair of those shorts, I have the shoes but those shorts just need to be in my possession also
