Reebok John Wall Zig Escape Samples
August 29th, 2012 by Aaron Hope | 6 comments

Just how much potential has John Wall’s third Reebok signature sneaker shown in its early preview stages? How about comparing last year’s lottery-bound Flip Saunders-axing stumble of a season to a playoff appearance in the newly reinvigorated Eastern Conference? Put simply, the Reebok Zig Escape is the most aesthetically pleasing JW11 sig yet, and that’s thanks to both an improved upper design and more expressive colorways than the Slash or Encore. Today we have some seriously impressive Zig Encore samples that include a pixelated UNC-meets-Space Invaders getup, one offering a cartoonish blast in colors reminiscent of the original Wiz uniforms, a third USA colorup that could be a preview of gold medals to come for the soon-to-turn 22 year-old point guard, and a native blend that couples monochromatic patterns with a colorful sockliner and gum rubber sole. Wall’s trademark RBKs seem to have made ‘the leap’ and coincide with a strong rebound for the Vector brand; examine a huge gallery of each design after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for US release info.

the zig sole fcks em up style wise. i would wear em on court tho.
They look like some wannabe Jordan XIs - NO.
OK I don't completely hate the last olorway... but still pretty wack
no colorway will save these, till they get rid of the zig
@amillionexplodingsuns Even without zig these would still look like crap.
