If you caught yesterday’s feature of Was It The Shoes? detailing Michael Jordan’s amazing Game 1 performance in the 1992 NBA Finals, you’d fully understand the true significance of this original Air Jordan. Sure, ‘Raptors’ for all intensive purposes is the go-to name for this colorway, but older heads (and now the younger fellas who weren’t around) are fully aware that ‘The Shrug’ is far more important than a coincidental colorway. The Black/True Red Air Jordan VII looks to cap off an impressive Fall season of AJ7 releases and perhaps this model may be set aside for some time to make room for other Air Jordans to make a come-back, so don’t miss out on this iconic release by hitting your Jordan Brand retailer tomorrow or by securing one now on eBay.
Air Jordan VII
Black/True Red-Dark Charcoal-Club Purple
Wanted these bad, but the materials looked off in a lot of pics. Copped the LeBron Liverpools instead.
Gottem and im not the type to complain about quality but these feel like paper im just saying doe. But fuck it
easy pass....never liked jordan 7 and got last month the fire red 4..spent my money with a way better shoe. nike thinks people will by any old shoe they reproduce...the only worth jordans are 1,3,4,5,6..rest are just ok imo.
Got a pair online - still can't believe it. These were my number 1 jordans of the yr and since moving outta nyc for school thought id have to risk ebay fakes or pass.
Damn its going to be hard getting your hands on these good luck to the people who will be copping.Fuck hype/resellers
@DugLast pretty lame excuse, this looking at pics and judging is weak. The lebrons are no different u seen them as well and different pics they look better than others. U cant feel are see materials accurately over the internet
@NickBartzis They think? No, they know.
@DreamChaser Nah man they're a gr with not a lot of hype. I agree fuck resellers and hopefully these won't resell for shit, but if u wanna guarantee try the Finishline site. Always works for me. Hope U get em bro
@hozezae @DugLast The majority of the shoes I buy are online not in-store, so I have to decide whether to cop or pass based on pics alone (salespeople will show you Js before they go on sale, but I don't get to do that with every release). It's not really a big deal, but I am disappointed by the materials on at least one JB retro a year (and that includes the ones I cop).
@hozezae yeah them pics make them look like real suede but man i had enough suede shoes to know.. Idk what the material is on these
@JManSam i dont kno where u from but all gr releases here get tooken quickly. Gr, qs it doesnt matter ppl cop now we.got this raffle shit but it aint doing shit but causing more mess
@JManSam Yeah but sometimes it's hard getting gr's. Since dudes at the store sell them under the counter or reserve them for their friends. Thnx dude but they ain't really a priority. If I don't get em it's cool I'll jut wait till the next j release that I like.
