Kobe Bryant in Air Jordan IV “White/Varsity Red”

There was once upon a time in Kobe Bryant’s career when it wasn’t too out of the ordinary to see him wearing Air Jordan’s, his on court selection anchored by a sick set of retro PE’s during the time when his status as a Nike endorsed athlete was a bit shaky. With those days in the past said sightings are a bit more rare but do indeed still happen, this most recent one taking place during Kobe’s appearance at My Friend’s Place, an LA shelter for homeless youth that he’s helping in renovating. The sneakers: the Air Jordan IV retro that just hit over the summer in the white/varsity red colorway.
