Nike SB Dunk High – Green – White – Gum
A 3M pair just arrived at select European retailers, and before word of a US drop for those shiny Nike SB Dunk Highs, another pair reflects to us some high notes from the Dunk’s epic history. This new design is a total throwback, from its classic varsity styling and BTTYS-ish blocking pattern, to the gum outsole and ever-present white midsole. They’re reminiscent of Nike Sportswear styles from both 2008 and ’10 but offer arguably even more of a resemblance to SB’s own 2004 ‘Ghost’ release, and you can see more to draw your own comparisons below. Next year’s St. Patrick’s Day Dunk SB is already on tap so expect these a bit later during the second quarter and stick with Sneaker News for US release info.
I will be wearing these a few times a week. Suuuuper satisfying to see this kind of stuff from SB. It's looking better and better for them, I must say.
It still doesn't feel like they've recaptured that SB magic from the early 2000's. Oh well, I guess they're making a conscious effort.
@suiluJ I couldn't agree with you anymore.
@VaSneehed I feel like this as close as they have been in a while though.
