Sneaker News has offered previews of the last quarter of 25th anniversary Air Max 1 releases since the springtime, so plenty of anticipation is ready to be released when the shoes are. One of those pairs might leave a few disappointed, though, as initial preview images depicting an orange/navy New York-ish colorup now appear to have been the latest example of a lighting/filters suggesting different colors than the finished product. Instead of Knicks/Mets, this new ‘Canyon Gold‘ Nike Air Max 1 Premium has a Pittsburgh look about it with yellow suede contrasted by a black leather mudguard. It’s about as significant a shift as you could imagine within these boundaries and still a solid release for the colder months, available now at NSW retailers like RockCityKicks.
