Are we looking at the potential best sneaker of 2012? While the Sneaker News staff still has a few months before our annual Top 30 list makes waves, the ParaNormans make a very legitimate case for being #1. Looking back to 2011, the Nike Mag was selected as the cream of the crop, and quite frankly, both the Mags and ParaNormans have a few things in common. Both were limited in number (the ParaNorman units were roughly half that of the Mags), both were released on eBay, and both were to benefit charity. However, the ParaNormans were most definitely the tougher pick-up as the bulk of the stock was not for purchase, but attainable only by being a ‘weird kid’. Nike also stepped up the packaging game with the sick box, with one slightly controversial detail thrown in the mix; the only way to open the box was to ‘undeadstock’ the shoe with the removed strip, rendering the box completely removed from its original state. Smh..idiots like this dude don't deserve shoes like this. A lot of ppl would have liked to win these just to keep, this reselling bs is stupid.
4000$? Smh, Dude already ripped the box open and undeadstocked em so that lessens the cost of these already! Anyone who actually pays this guys price is NUTS! These could have actually went to someone who wanted these kicks and would not resell them!

this is the market you created. You keep building hype and letting resellers sell you sneakers at an inflated price, complain but keep buying. I stopped collecting sneakers and bought a new car instead.
@BNERDPRODUCTION haha yeah I hear you man, the shoe game is just stupid now these days...I'll pick up a general release every now and then...hell I even play on getting an AF1 custom at 21 Mercer but that's about it...I don't even deadstock my shoes anymore..I just wear em...cause alot of my old stuff crumbled :|
im sure its the first time someone that acutally won them and has them is selling them. before it was an auction and there were people selling they pairs they won before having them in hand. for the record im not surprise. the idiot won what many people wanted and instead of keeping something rare in his collection he sells it smh oh well thats life
He already blessed the box. so chances are he tried em on and probably wore em for awhile and cleaned em! Cool shoe. but not worth the BS. PASS
this whole garbage contest was a joke.and whats worse is that tons of hypebeast and resellers and showoffs are the ones that won this bulls#!t.
honestly underwhelming when all the photo edditing it gone n nike promo it kinda looks like a reaaally good custom nothing more nothing less
