There was a period during the 1980s and ’90s that if you were a top-tier vert skater, chances are, you were at least at some point affiliated with Powell’s mighty Bones Brigade. Vans legends Steve Caballero, Ray Barbee, Tommy Harris and others trace their roots back to this indomitable death squad, and today we see Off the Wall embrace this connection with a couple of classically styled Waffle Soled hightops. The Bones Brigade x Vans Sk8-Hi Reissue brings forth the iconic checkerboard pattern along with a timeless two-tone suede and canvas mix, both featuring special hangtag/stickers and heel embroidery. They’re available now at select retailers and you can see both in greater detail after the jump.
