adidas has been content to sit back and let Nike monopolize the Chinese New Year celebrations year after year, but with Three Stripes having offered so many different snakeskin styles of late, there’s no better time to get synced up with the lunar calendar. The adidas Originals Superstar 80s CNY celebrates the Year of the Snake with a couple of serpent-scaled Shelltoes that add jade dubraes and lucky stone hangtags to complete the China-inspired theme.
