It’s here. One of the league’s biggest stars has ended his long standing relationship with one of the league’s most prominent outfitter of on-court sneakers, Dwyane Wade going a little left of field in his signing with Chinese athletic company Li-Ning. And what will be first up to kick off this new era in his sneaker career? You’re looking at it. The model, the name of which is still unclear, steers clear of any Heat colors at the moment, building off a clean black and white colorway with some wink and nod D-Wade elements like that slick ‘W’ set up at the front end of the lace placket and the various ‘Wade’ hits about. They look like they might have potential, in the right colorway of course.
These look more like a lifestyle shoe. Not so much a performance sneaker. Design is kind of boring however, you gotta start somewhere...

i have to agree i think he was going more for the lifestyle look now, then performance. I have noticed that jordan brand doesn't give the players more of a fashionable type of shoe. If its not a original jordan then it's more of a performance shoe

Complete garbage.... AND this has nothing to do with them not being Nike. These look like winter boot trash. AND.... I hate the "W" branding. It's arguably creative, but not practical when it comes to performance. Perhaps the JB Fly Wade designs were terrible (that's obvious), but at least the shoes had some technical design. These have "sell-out" all over them. BUT... I guess I can't hate on D-Wade collecting big-face bills for his newfound partnership with Li-Ning. Kinda makes me laugh though.
