Nike Sportswear’s new Essential series aims at the essence of what made these time-tested silos legendary, applying relatively simple colorways and traditional materials to models that’ve experienced all manner of Tinkering. The Nike Air Max 90 Essential has shown us it’s capable of one colorblocking pattern so far, but earlier previews of the series’ Air Max 1s suggests additional configurations and textural possibilities  The lighting on these has them appear similar to the Hyperfuse-ventilated Air Max 90 PRM that just released in Hasta, Granite and Sunburst, but take a closer look and you’ll realize its Dark Grey and University Red build goes in a slightly different direction. Let us know what you think about the NSW Essentials with a comment and grab yours today at select retailers like Shelta.
