This is what we’ve all been waiting for – an awesome display of on-field footwear for the league’s best. Last week, Jordan Brand unveiled a jaw-dropping collection of Air Jordan IX on-field Player Exclusives for its athletes, and if you paid any attention to the games that went down, you would’ve seen guys like Hakeem Nicks, Josh Freeman, Andre Johnson, Michael Crabtree, and more wearing the AJ9s. It’s perfectly fitting for the Air Jordan IX to be the ‘cleat’ version because Michael Jordan himself wore a similar kind when he played baseball for the White Sox farm system, but did these NFLers rock them better?
