Collaborations with J.Crew and Sneaker Freaker have given the New Balance 998 some added attention in recent months, but it’s not like you’ve gotta have a guest designer tied to its time-tested lines to result in a winner. Check out this new edition in hunter green suede, a classic NB rendition that gives us another earthy neutral for the cold part of the year without appealing to the grey and/or navy standbys. These were originally expected as a fall release but have slipped with us into the fourth quarter, so have a closer look below and be on the lookout as they’ll arrive at retailers like Las Vegas’ Feature shortly.
