New Balance 574 “Year of the Snake”

It’s a bold prediction even with New Balance and brands of its ilk rising through the sneakerhead power rankings thanks to some superb collaborative efforts, but might NB’s venerable 574 be 2013’s answer to the incredible Air Force 1 30th anniversary year?  The mighty New Balance 574 celebrates its 25th birthday when the calendar flips, and they’re ready with four ‘Year of the Snake’ colorups to outmatch the AF1 YOTD drops.  The first goes hard with its inspiration, adding a multicolor gradient to the snake texture overlay for the most dynamic look in a pack that also contains relatively simpler red/white, green/white and black/white styles.  Have a closer look at this rasta-ish edition in more photos below and stick with Sneaker News for release info on all the YOTS NB574s.
