Now that we’ve got a good look at some of the tamer colorways in the repertoire of the upcoming Nike Zoom Kobe VIII it’s time to take a walk on the wild side. This pair promises to keep things colorful, slapping on a scaly look up top that could render it as either a ‘Year of the Snake’ or ‘Christmas’ release. Kobe is the most disrespected Ball player on Nike's Lineup and they wonder why you can't compare him to MJ. These shoes are ugly like most Kobe's are... Whoever was designing for MJ back in the day should've took some cracks at making some stuff for kobe
@EdmundNuevepulgadasGray actual eric avar is a great designer..the camo is growing on me.. a chaosv mark up with camo would be fly for xmas!!

@DesmondDiggaDezDavis @EdmundNuevepulgadasGray Only point I was making is for example.... Nike has put out the concords like 3 times since Jordan retired and ppl are still going nutts for them. Could you honestly see someone 10 years from now standing in line for just about any KOBE shoe? Your a 100% correct I don't know you designed these joints. The whole HYPO shoe is ugly for one, second these wack colors go with nothing like most Kobe's don't. I'm simple saying when you start comparing KOBE to MJ besides all the basketball stuff... where MJ really gets Kobe is swag factor and Nike doesn't help lol
@EdmundNuevepulgadasGray @DesmondDiggaDezDavis i totally get what you are saying design-wise. eric avar worked under tinker! the EM material on the lunarglide4 is great. we shall see how this plays out for hoops. as per retros for kobe..the iv will sell the best! i thik the iv his his best of the line. like the V, vi was a great shoe. vii was ok. i see potential with the viii but the colors so far i agree are not doing it for me! the shoe itself on the viii is not bad..just get the colors better and i am cool!
I wish this years kobe was a clean as the last 3.

the top view of the shoe looks ok but that side view makes these look super ugly.

You've got to be completely biased to Kobe if you think these look good. I hope some better colorways come out. The shoe itself looks really bad to me so only a beautiful color combo can save these.
That is a huge size, which does not do any justice to the sneaker
I've never been a fan of the Kobes sincethe Huarache 2k4. But this shit here manages to look like the past 3 or 4 models but even worse
