The two biggest NBA names to land in LA over the past year tried to coordinate a super-team of their own, but instead, Chris Paul and Dwight Howard are dressing in different Staples Center locker rooms. In fact, even after CP3’s Lakers deal fell through and he spent a shortened season with the Clippers, he was reportedly ready to sign with the Dallas Mavericks along with D-12, which, along with Dirk and a few role players, could have been trouble once again for the Miami Heat. We all know how the story ended up, but if that Dallas dream team had come into effect, it would have given a totally different meaning to the Air Jordan 1 Phat Paul previewed alongside the rest of his Jordan Brand Holiday 2012 collection. Featuring a mix of Obsidian and Photo Blue with Stealth Swooshes, this new AJ1 Phat is depicted in greater detail below and available now at JB retailers like Premier.
