Snowboarding in urban areas is neither common nor advisable, but boy does it look impressive on film when captured by a skilled director. Portland’s Joe Carlino has put in work with Transworld and Videograss, and now turns his attention to making “a cool edit with snowboarding at the forefront.” His effort results in a resounding success with the first chapter of The Nike Snowboarding Project, a video that splits time between scenic appreciation and delocated shredding.
