Air Jordan XX8 – Officially Unveiled

Sneaker News provided you with live access of the Air Jordan XX8 Launch Event earlier today (also on our Instagram page), but care to know the details and tech specs of this truly unique Air Jordan shoe? The super-sleek military-boot inspired modern design is backed with an intense package of technology such as the Jordan Flight Plate, which empowers the athlete with the responsiveness of Nike Zoom, and Dynamic Fit, which uses internal straps to wrap up from the midsole and integrate with the laces for supreme lockdown fit.
Designed by lead designer Tinker Hatfield and Jordan Brand Developer Josh Heard, the XX8 will release first on February 15th in Houston at the 2013 All-Star Game, then nationwide on the 16th, with a suggested retail price of $250. if this looked as good in real life as in the above page 1 picture these arent bad . But looking at the pix of the actual shoe (not an illustration) all the wrinkles in the womens panty like material is a turn off and make the shoe look like a slim person in baggy wet suit. A low top might work though and fly wire lacing system and through out the shroud upper would have been nice. Looks like a great performance shoe though, the soles look super grippy.

You stop that right now. These have nothing on the GPs and aside from the zipper sleeve they look nothing alike. The tongue didn't pop out of the sleeve like a dogs weiner. The gloves were much cleaner than these, though the all white joints were hard to keep clean

Ok I hadn't seen them zipped up yet. That looks really ugly like that. I think they might have some kind of bet with under armour on who can design the ugliest and highest basketball high top this year. But when they're unzipped the tongue pops out, and the Gloves weren't like that. There's just no comparrison between the two IMO regarding style.

man, these would be hot with out that lining but i like how the inside looks, like the mid-sole and sole itself. the shoe is a nice shoe minus the lining!
