Proving its name true at a level beyond comfort, the Reebok ERS 1500 is energized for the series’ return to retail for 2013. The first time we’ve seen one from this lineage since John Maeda’s last RBK collabos back in ’09, the Energy Return System is on display with red heel pegs on a patriotic and generally ‘classic’-feeling colorway. The early ’80s vibes make for an interesting result given that the ERS 1500 is a brand new design, one that you can get your hands on in January at retailers like Titolo, who have pre-orders available now.
