In late August, Nike Basketball presented the ‘Battle of the Boroughs’ at its seasonal hooping court on Rivington St. in the Lower East Side. During the event’s championship match-up team Harlem and team Brooklyn suited up in some insane Hyperposites with colorways inspired by the city; last November, Nike Basketball released the much-praised Statue of Liberty joints, but no release information has been confirmed regarding the blue/orange pair. Perhaps these may never make it out to store shelves, considering the ‘STAT’ PE has already released? If you’re hunting around for these traditional NYC joints, cop this rare size 10 right now from lucious2323 on eBay.
...my Statue of Liberties sitting in my closet with a spac bbeside them whichwwill hopefully be filled by these NYCs...size 11.
