adidas has been admirable in their commitment to superstar point guard Derrick Rose as he continues to recover from a catastrophic knee injury. Three Stripes even found a silver lining, turning what could have been a nightmare of a lost season into part of the connection to this new quartet. Along with the Rose 3, the adidas adiZero Crazy Light 2 and adiPower Howard join the Originals division’s Top Ten 2000 and adiHigh EXT in taking on intricately detailed black and purple designs whose full potential is revealed when the phosphorescent elements can shine in the dark. The Rose 3 still seems on track for a Christmas Eve release but the Crazy Lights and Dwights from this Nightmare Before Christmas-inspired pack are popping up at select retailers so keep your eyes peeled.
