Air Jordan VIII – Black “Playoffs” Sample
December 29th, 2012 by John K. | 19 comments

Can you spot the differences? This Air Jordan VIII that was produced during the model’s Retro run in 2003, but this particular version of the famed ‘Playoffs’ doesn’t feature the chaotic pattern on the mudguard nor does it have the chenille material on the tongue. We’ve seen some funky Air Jordan VIII samples before (like that upside-down logo of the Aquas), but this considering this alleged 1-of-1 is a size 13.5, there’s a possibility that these could have been created for Michael Jordan himself. Check out the images below, and hit up the auction from Air Jordan collector extraordinaire depeche23mode on eBay.

If they put back the red original pull tab it's a GO for me!
8s are so nice and they are not really Hyped up. im def getting all the 8s next this year.
interesting to see a sample.
i like the red pull tab
i don't like the circular jumpman logo on inner sleeve without the shag carpet fuzz
and i just looked at my last playoff viii retro from a couple years ago - the inner print is way "busier" on this sample pair.
Can't wait till they get the real sample.
No fuzz?
Hoodgram.com Hundreds of pics of folks in their Breds!!
This is my least favorite sig of the 1-13 models.
Def copping all the 8's. Saving up time begins.
@Cr8zzyKickz everybody should be saying that lol 2013 got too many crazy releases
