A throwback to simpler days that earned some extra attention in years gone by thanks to collaborations with some of Asia’s hottest brands, the Nike Tennis Classic AC returns with a duo of new designs inspired by Far East football.  These purple and red suede Tennis Classic lowtops are inspired by J. League Division 1 teams Sanfrecce Hiroshima and Urawa Red Diamonds, respectively.  These Japanese soccer squads see team insignia embroidered onto the heel, but can either pair match the legacy of 2004’s ‘Urawa’ Air Max 1s?  Time will tell, so stick with Sneaker News for updates and the possibility of a US release, and let us know which team’s design came out better after you’ve seen both below.
