The Nike Air Max 1 is looking mighty strong in 2013. It already came back in the classic red based OG look and further out this month it will revisit those tones with the futuristic Engineered Mesh treatment. Landing in between is the Nike Air Max 1 Premium shown here, a red suede affair with a slick leather lining. You’ll notice that these sport a black Swoosh whereas the European release rocks with a white one. Continue reading to get a better view of the Nike Air Max 1 Premium in pimento/black and look for them at spots like Sneaker Lounge come January 17th.

I got the ones with the white check ad they are dope. Like them much more than the black check but will probably get the black ones too.
