Considering there were ten pairs of Air Jordan IXs to choose from the past Holiday season, it might’ve been easy to overlook a release or two. With the six-pack of Kilroys, the Doernbecher, and the Olive/Cool Grey Retros, it’s safe to say that the underrated ‘Photo Blue’ was the odd man out of that bunch, but thanks to a major factory blunder, the Photo Blues didn’t exactly go under the radar. A loud response from our readers resulted from the first report of the factory error that produced a black-sole version instead of the intended white, and many guessed that Jordan Brand would release them in some way rather than trash them for good. These were 79 bucks in the outlet stores... Too bad they didn't make it to STL I would have copped so these no 2nd guessing!
