Just two weekends into the New Year and the OG Air Jordan re-issue channel is wildly impressive. Jordan Brand has another original Air Jordan ripe for the picking this May 4th when the beloved ‘Grapes’ make their return after a first-ever Retro in 2006. There’s no doubt that these will be among the most coveted of the year, punching its ticket to the year-end “best of” lists (including our Top 30 of 2013, which we’ve already started working on). New to the game or not... everyone is going to cop these. Hypebeasts and resellers are going to try to get their hands on them too. Whether you 'OG SNEAKERHEADS' like it or not, you have to pass on your fetish to the new generation. You guys might've started in 85, in the 90's, or even in the early 2000's, but we are the new era of jays. Ya can't live like this forever, considering you guys should be on ya damn ass looking for a job. Remember the guy who traded his car for a pair of Galaxy Foams?? yeah he's a sneakerhead now, while walking around with his Galaxy's instead of driving his car he traded. Born2fly, back then been a young kid hyped over Js was different, youngins back then grew up watching MJ in his prime and know the history of the shoes he wore during those games. the new gen just wanna copp Js to impress girls, resell or jump the bandwagon.
