The latest unveiling from Vans California focuses on a single simple silhouette, and does it extremely well. This Vans Slip-On ‘Tudor Leather’ duo features a rich grainy upper whose name doesn’t denote a brand like Off the Wall’s Horween Leather collabs, but rather, an insinuation of quality fit for a king. The Port Royale color furthers this notion with its wine red upper and the brown is far from a peasant; perhaps beating out last fall’s ‘Aged Leather’ edition for the crown of brown leather looks thanks to the elegance conferred by all-white foxing. Arriving with an $80 MSRP that reflects the quality upgrade (your average pair of canvas Slip-Ons will run in the $45USD range), you can see more of the newly available ‘Tudor Leather’ Classic Slip-On CA below before buying at select retailers.
