The latest bit of sneaker art to pop up is a makeshift font from artist Will C. Smith that imagines numerals inspired by Air Jordan legacy silhouettes. His work touches on beloved models like the Air Jordan IV, Air Jordan VI, Air Jordan XI, and more, with each one dressed up in a particular colorway. What’s more, the overall shape of the numbers is based on the font used on the retro card inserts that used to be a lot more readily available with retro releases. Hit the jump for a look at the Air Jordan sneaker font from Will C. Smith and stay tuned for more artistic explorations of your favorite sneaker shapes.
