At that point you slide the sneakers on and they will mold to the exact shape of the wearer. if anyone was wondering how to do this without a fancy machine, i put my flyknit racers in a steam shower and it seemed to do the trick. in reality it doesnt change very much and i wouldnt suggest doing it, as you break in the shoe the molding gets really off
