The Air Jordan 1 with the ‘Nike Air’ treatment (officially known as the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG) is apparently going to be more plentiful than we thought for 2013. A new colorway has just arrived in the form of the Air Jordan 1 ‘SVSM’ shown here, a green and gold color combo that sort of looks like a tribute to LeBron’s alma mater. holy shit you people are all really annoying first of all this is a sick colorway (green and gold is almost always good, along with navy and gold, purple and gold, red and gold) on a sick shoe. i couldnt care less about the inspiration for the shoe, either. and if i see one more person complain about how mainstream 1s (or any shoe for that matter) have become im going postal on your ass. if you seriously start to dislike a shoe just because it's really popular and other people like it than you are suffering from a severe brain cell deficit

SVSM is just dumb. Joker is just dumb ... Not just dumb but gimmicky. Kobe has the Joker tie-in, and Lebron the SVSM, respectively. To me, this seems like a marketing tactic aimed at the young peeps, who don't care or don't know. So sick of Jordan, now more than ever, and I'm glad my divorce is just about done with that brand. I still love sneakers, tho
They are doing 1s based off of people Jordan faced like the "Human Highlight" version based on Dominique Wilkins.....are we sure these arent for Larry Bird???
@DiddyDaDagger niq was a atlanta hawk when there rivalry ment something he spent like a year in boston but by then jordan had 3 rings this isnt for the human highlight ether this looks more like a ray allen sonics or someone who played for that team

if im making sense, the reason why JB retroed the 1s with a knicks colorway was because he wore the 1s in his last game as a bull vs my knicks.
@JohndeVera i hope u are aware they already have a celtics tribute shoe and had a full pack for it in the dmp (bulls celtics pack) i highly doubt this is boston but the lebron thing sounds crazy too he also lost that game and series so he didnt torch anyone lol

im just pissed that sneakernews would be letting the world know that the nickname of this shoe is svsm... (just because adidas recently released one and lebron has PE colorways of that school doesnt mean this shoe warrants a label of svsm)
