With all the hub-bub surrounding ‘Nike Air’ on today’s release of the Air Jordan III Retro ’88, why isn’t the same amount of controversy circling the Air Jordan 1 ‘Royal’? Several Air Jordan 1 releases will in fact feature ‘Nike Air’ on the tongue label and on the outsole of the shoes, just like they did when the Royal 1s dropped back in 2001. Peep the official images below and be sure to mark your calendars (and allocate $140 in your savings) for February 16th.

So annoying that they put Nike Air on the tongue for these but not the White/Red/Black last month. Why do they have to jerk people around like that. We wait SOOOO long for them to do the original 1s and then they just tease. I guess they want us to re-buy them i a year or two with the correct tongue. Seriously, they need to wake up.
I was in the 7 grade the last time these dropped with the silver joints. I was too mad i didn't get them. I will have these no matter what.
SN can u please not post these until the release reminder..dont wanna see everybody&they mom wearing these..still not rockn mines til the summer anyways
Very Nice in my Borat voice lol. But I don't understand why these are $140 and some of the recent AJ1 have been as low as $115
@Jumpfan23 the material of the tongues will be the same they used for the AJ1 "knicks" version, NOT like the crappy "bulls"
@newsouth912 ''Nike Air'' brother.
