We’ve yet to see him break it out on the NBA floor, but it looks like Kevin Durant has taken to wearing his new Nike KD V Elite elsewhere. This time around he shows up in the sneaker for a new Gatorade ad, one in which he uses a Gatorade prdouct, and plenty of training, to overcome the likes of Dwyane Wade. Still, we’d like to think it was the shoes that got him there. Stay tuned after the jump to see Kevin Durant wearing his new Nike KD V Elite “Superhero” and check back with Sneaker News for the first word when this design makes its NBA debut.
What happened to KD's "Deal" with Nike to never have his shoes priced over $100.00? Look for the KDV Elite to be $180 Nike
You know Nike still upset why they didn't release an Elite PS version of the KDIV... They'll look to make up for it this year..
pretty dope commercial. like the kd elite. we need to see the playoffs at this point. as for the kobe elite. i want mamba print upper! get it done!
@Sneakerhead2320 what happened was that nike and KD had things like zoom bags and carbon fiber added on his shoes. that increased the price obviously. KD himself said he was ok with the KD V being over 100.
Guess he forgot about this interview he gave
