adidas Basketball is slowly zeroing in on the budding superstar that is Portland Blazers guard Damian Lillard. This rookie phenom has an incredible future ahead of him, with potential signature-shoe stardom with adidas in the future (it makes total sense – we’ll explain later tonight). Throughout the season, Lillard’s feet have acted as billboards for adidas’ best shoes, from their inline Crazy Light models to D-Rose’s signature Rose 3 and 3.5; yesterday night, Lillard wore the winning #LillardKicks design of the adidas Rose 3.5 – one that was selected by a fan during the miadidas #LillardKicks design contest. This Home-based colorway features a tonal white upper with black netting on the tongue and red speckling on the midsole and laces – a nice simplistic composition considering the wide array of colors available on miadidas. Check out Damian Lillard in his kicks below and stay tuned to Sneaker News for a thorough NBA Feet recap tomorrow.
